Digital Marketing Manager
Own the marketing strategy for a small book of senior clients. PPC, SEO, paid social, and the analytics that tie them together. You'll be the operator, not the coordinator.

You'll lead a small portfolio of MassConvert accounts as the senior strategist, setting the plan across paid search, paid social, and SEO, and making sure the work ladders up to revenue. You'll work closely with channel specialists and own the client relationship.
Responsibilities
- Own multi-channel strategy and quarterly roadmaps for a small book of clients.
- Set the success metrics with clients, then defend them with clean reporting.
- Coordinate channel specialists across PPC, SEO, and paid social toward one growth target.
- Run weekly and monthly check-ins with senior-level confidence.
- Identify where to invest more, where to pull back, and explain the call clearly.
- Stay current on platform changes, measurement, and attribution.
Requirements
- 5+ years running multi-channel digital marketing programs as the primary strategist.
- Hands-on experience in at least two of: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO.
- Strong analytics fluency: GA4, Looker Studio, attribution trade-offs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You can simplify without dumbing down.
- Comfortable owning P&L conversations with founders and CMOs.
Nice to have
- Past agency experience running multiple accounts in parallel.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, or lifecycle tools.
- Background in eCommerce, local services, or healthcare.
