You'll run Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) for MassConvert clients ranging from eCommerce to local services. You'll set the strategy, build the campaigns, work with creative partners, optimize spend daily, and report results that read like operator notes, not screenshots.
Responsibilities
- Own the paid social roadmap for a small book of senior accounts.
- Build campaigns end-to-end: structure, audiences, creative briefs, tracking, and budgets.
- Optimize daily against revenue and pipeline, not just CPMs and CTRs.
- Partner with the in-house creative team and clients' creative leads to ship a steady cadence of new ads.
- Run clean, useful reporting that connects spend to outcomes.
- Stay ahead of Meta platform changes and tracking constraints.
Requirements
- 4+ years running Meta paid media as the primary owner.
- Direct experience scaling spend on eCommerce and/or lead-gen accounts.
- Strong grip on tracking, attribution, and what reporting can and can't prove.
- Sharp written communication. You can explain a trade-off in a paragraph.
- Comfortable owning client relationships and weekly calls.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics as supporting context.
- Creative chops: scripting UGC briefs, writing hooks, or basic editing.
- Past agency or in-house growth experience.
